Sleigh the Christmas Card this Year

Make this holiday season unforgettable by taking a magical trip to the North Pole. Better yet, Coweta County!

Capture your festive spirit with a professional photo alongside the man in red himself at the 26th Annual Coweta Christmas event on Saturday, November 9 between 9 am – 3:30 pm for a fun-filled day featuring children’s crafts, festive photo opportunities with Santa, variety of delicious food and drinks and local vendors.

Additionally, bring the kiddos (and even your four-legged friends) for a magical meet-and-greet with Santa Clause at the Christmas at Madras event on Saturday, December 13. First up, capture those priceless smiles during family photos with Santa, followed by a special pet session where your four-legged companions can join in on the holiday magic too! It’s a heartwarming way to kick off the season because nothing says Christmas is quite like a little sparkle, some wagging tails and a visit from Ol’ Saint Nick himself. Kick Off Christmas in Newnan

Visit Newnan on Friday, November 21 to take part in the annual Holiday Sip & See. Choose to treat yo’elf or start your holiday shopping as you stroll through the festive streets of downtown Newnan. Step outside of your favorite downtown boutiques to find a night market, live music and food trucks on the square! Be prepared to sing, snack and sip along because hors d’oeuvres and refreshments will be provided from downtown retailers. The festive fun is taking place from 5 pm to 9 pm. 

Your presents is requested in downtown Newnan for Santa on the Square, taking place Friday, November 28. Around 6 p.m. guests can expect to see Santa roll through with holiday cheer. He’s traded his sleigh for a red firetruck and is ready to bring the Christmas magic to Newnan! Immediately after Santa’s appearance, the annual Christmas tree lighting will take place in the courthouse square! This is a night of memory-making that you’ll never fir-get. 

Continued Christmas Cheer

What’s better than Newnan, “The City of Homes?” The City of Homes during the holidays, of course! If you love wreaths, garland and all things festive decor, there is snow better event for you than the Newnan Christmas Tour of Homes! On Friday, December 5, admire historic homes adorned with holiday spirit as you take part in this classic event.  

Celebrate the Holidays in Senoia

On Saturday, December 6, attend the annual Light Up Senoia event featuring a Christmas parade and activities. You’ll be smitten with Senoia when you visit this charming town during the holiday season. From 4 pm to 8:30 pm, experience treemendous fun when you see Santa’s workshop, meet baby reindeer and other festive friends! At 6:30 pm, the parade begins and Christmas cheer abounds. Immediately after, see the Senoia Christmas tree lighting and visit Santa on his sleigh. Savor every pepmoment as you participate in these holiday activities in Senoia!  

The Senoia Candlelight Tour of Homes is a sure way to put yourself in the Christmas spirit. Take a self-guided tour through some of the most magical homes in Senoia from 4 pm to 8 pm on Sunday, December 14. Come out with all your jingle ladies or make this event a date night with the one you love snow.
